What if my order arrives damaged?

We always do our best to ensure the quality of all our products. We have a series of quality checks to ensure your product(s) arrives in perfect condition. However, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, our dedicated Customer Care Team will be on hand resolve the issue, and to advise on the best solution, including refund or replacement. In order to assist you with your query efficiently, we ask that you include photographs of the damaged item(s) when contacting us. 

What is the best way to clean and care for marble?

Our marble is stunning, however it is porous and very sensitive to acids found in citrus fruits, wine and everyday cleaning products. Please refrain from using any cleaning products on our marble products. If our products do require cleaning, the products should be throughly rinsed using only water then pat dried using a clean cloth. Care should be taken to avoid spillages. Should a spill occur, blot up any spills immediately. Any liquid left for a prolonged period of time will leave a permanent mark.

The marble product I received looks different to those pictured

Marble is a natural stone, which results in every single piece being unique. Colour tone, gradient and veining pattern will always differ, however this is what makes up the stone's natural beauty. 

Please note that colours may appear differently on screens and and slight variations may occur. We have taken great care in ensuring that the photographs are a true representation of the products that you will receive.
